Cantata has been operating in the Financial Services space, specifically Investment Banking, for over 20 years. Our clients include investment banks providing a breadth of capability across research, trading, corporate finance, asset management and M&A activity and specialist, boutique firms. Roadmap projects for these organisations often involves extensive engagement with senior stakeholders (at Managing Director level and above). We are experienced at developing buy-in and support for complex change programmes.
Our work has included providing CRM capabilities across Investment Banks and supporting front and back-office activity from sales to compliance. Sales process in complex Financial Services are often very different to typical CRM product sales capabilities and require a different approach. We have resolved a variety of regulatory needs such as MiFID and recently assisted organisations concerned with DORA compliance in their CRM tools. The use of advanced functionality on a range of mobile devices is key and we have helped implement efficient business processes for meeting briefs and notes, managing follow-ups across teams, and using AI to summarise key insights.
We specialise in assisting organisations select and implement the correct technology landscape, and our independence means we can recommend tools from across the market. We have helped clients with advanced auditing and security requirements, such as providing "Ethical Walls" between functions within these organisations. This has sometimes required us to develop additional capabilities over those provided as standard within the market leading CRM tools.
Our work with larger firms has included consolidation and integration of multiple existing CRM systems and large-scale data migration. We can provide bespoke training for what is often a diverse and time-poor user community.
